« Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again. »

It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. « The location is ideal. Safe area and accessible. However, the hotel is not well maintained, looks dirty and the customer service is less from ideal. »

« Easy to check in and very pleasant staff. Room was clean. The carpet in the hallway was loose. The parking and room felt secure. »

« The room was clean and in good condition. Was a little worried that street noise from construction in front of the hotel might be an issue, but that was fine. Would suggest that travelers who are bothered by noise may not want to stay on the first floor at the end of the hall as there is an outside access door that guests used frequently to get to the pool. Opened & closed repeatedly until 10:00 pm. »

« The key in our room was not working properly. When I went to the front desk my mother and I were told we put our phones next to the key both times we went to the desk. Turns out the key card swiper was broken. We had to change rooms. The first room the thermostat did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and it was 67 degrees. The new room did not have a phone or clock. I was told they were stolen by previous guests. The blow dryer waa broken as well. The public restroom was missing a toilet...

« I rated the amenities a 3 only because I was trying to be fair. We did not stay here long. We left within an hour of getting there. I should have known what kind of place this was when I got to the elevator and the metal where the up and down buttons are was pulled away from the wall. We got to the room, and we had our doubts. I went to air conditioner to put some air on in the room, and that was a HUGE mistake. To this day, I don't know what blew threw those vents but it was nasty. Next thing...
