Cartagena Colombia This place is a gem. Our host Lance was receptive, available, and very helpful. He helped us to fully enjoy our ten day vacation. The two bedroom condominium was clean and in excellent condition just a few feet away from the beach.The location was perfect—getting around was easy, with Uber rides costing about 5 to most places we wanted to go.My boyfriend and I felt like we were living first class on a dime in Colombia. If you enjoy Spanish colonial history dating back to the 1500s, friendly people, and very affordable prices, Cartagena is an amazing destination.We would absolutely stay with Lance again on our next visit!

The apartment we stayed in was in La Boquilla on the north side of Cartagena and was wonderful. We were on the 9th floor and had a beautiful ocean view from the living room and the master bedroom. The apartment was very well supplied with everything you could need for your stay including laundry soap, Bluetooth speakers, beach chairs, and towels. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the balcony and watching the kite surfing during the day. The location is outside of Cartagena, and it is a 15-minute Uber ride into the walled city. The shopping is limited in that area as well as dining options. I would recommend planning a grocery trip into Cartagena at the beginning of your trip to get everything you need. Also, plan your trips into the Walled city to include dinner if you enjoy eating out.Lance, the owner, was great. He kept in communication with us the entire time and had the manager meet us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Just so great

We arrived late and the property manager was there to greet us. He took us on a tour and there were drinks there for us to get us settled. The location was amazing and right on the beach. Everything was clean and worked well. I was messaging with the owner and he even connected us with people on the beach to get a spot for the day. I travel a lot and this was so easy and such quality. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Cartagena. A great mix of beach vacation and a short trip to the culture of the old city.

Before my family and I arrived to the property, Lance was in communication with me to ensure our stay was great. Check-in was seamless, the building was well kept, and the apartment was beautiful. Perfect Beach Spot to Explore Cartagena

This property was perfect for our family trip to Colombia. The ocean views are unmatched and the building’s pools are beautiful. This apartment was plenty of space for our family of 5. Lance was a great host, sending lots of info and checking in throughout our stay, and having the property manager check us in and show us everything was very nice. We loved this area for the great beach and full kitchen, and going to the walled city and other areas are a cheap cab ride (about 5). We highly recommend this property.

This property was in great condition. The apartment feels new. It was my first time working with non hotel properties and Lance made sure the whole process went as smooth and as easy as possible. What I liked the most about this property is that everything met my expectations also being able to trust and communicate with the home owner is a huge plus and gave us a lot of relief while on vacation. The balcony and the view are amazing. There was nothing to dislike about the apartment or the beach.

Beautiful, Clean and Quiet

This rental deserves all five stars. From the start, having a guide to explain everything around the apartment was new to me. Of course you can search around for things but how nice is it when you don't have to do it yourself. Also, it gave us a chance to ask questions. The property was very clean and had all the amitities my famy and I needed including kitchen ware, beach towels and beach chairs and also Monopoly (which we played during the night). The setup and view was absolutely beautiful with the ocean view. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool which made it very easy to sleep. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Some mornings I just wanted to sleep in. No complaints about the bathroom as they were clean as well and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The property and the surrounding area is very quiet and the beach isn't crowded. Working with Lance was a breeze. He was quick to respond and was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great view, nice staff, cleanliness, and a place that feels homey.
