We had two beautiful balconies, the kitchen was functional but missing a few basics like dishcloths and the furniture was good. there was a tunnel under the highway leading to the beach which was super safe and appreciated. « We liked the proximity to activities in the piazza, which has stores, food, and drinks. But the downside is it is very noisy because people walk by late at night, you can hear the concerts going on at the piazza, and trash pickup / street cleaning start very early in the morning (5 am, sometimes even earlier) and made it hard to sleep.
