Hotels nahe Cascade Lake Beach (Rochester)

„Great experience here. The king bed was uncomfortable though.“

„The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.“

„My 3rd time here and this is the first time I thought the one staff on Sunday was actually rude. I am usually greeted by the front desk but she just looked at us and didn't say a word even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Ive stayed at many marriots and Id have to say having a friendly staff does help the image. Even though I think she can work on her customers service skills, it won't deter me from staying here again. The hotel and rooms are very clean.“

„Pros: very clean! Convenient restaurant/bar in lobby & within walking distance. Mayo shuttle was very convenient & on time. Con’s: I was told by booking company, Even Hotel provides tunnel access to Mayo Clinic. It does not. Website showed 100% hardwood floors & hotel desk confirmed it. Not true. Half of room was carpet:( Although very nice, I was disappointed the shower had no bars & no shower seat. Because most guest in a hotel near Mayo are probably sick/elderly, it seems ...

„Room was clean, common areas were well kept, staff was friendly and accommodating.“

„The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.“

„While the property is old, I found it very clean. Location is excellent. Bed was not great. Staff was incredibly accommodating.“

„Property was well maintained. The shower had poor pressure and the shower head appeared to be defective inthat only part of it dispersed a small amount of water.“

„Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!“

„Lage ist super jedoch war das Zimmer sehr laut“

„The room was Clean but could use some updating… Staff was Nice… Would stay here again…☺️“

„The staff was super helpful and friendly. My room felt quite clean. The continental breakfast was above average. Really no complaints and I would stay again.“
