« C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet endroit, dans le même appartement. Nous apprécions la proximité de la plage. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien et la télé également contrairement à l'an dernier. Nous aimons cet endroit, car il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et un four pour cuisiner. Essentiel avec des enfants :-) Les draps et serviettes n'ont pas été changés, mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite moppe pour ramasser le sable sur le plancher. »

« Super séjour, Communication #1, il est survenu un problème de disjoncteur lors de l'utilisation du grille-pain et j'ai eu un suivi rapide avec la propriétaire afin de remédier à la situation. L'endroit était très propre et joviale. Très près de la plage, et à distance de marche suffisamment près du centre-ville sans avoir le bruit du centre-ville. Nous envisageons déjà l'été prochain et prévoyons y séjourner à nouveau encore. Les seuls points moins agréable ont été: 1: pas de points d'eau...

« C’était vraiment sale. Nous avons trouvé une motte de cheveux dans le bain. Il y avait du sable autour des fenêtres, à l’intérieur de la maison. Le sofa à l’extérieur était vraiment sale et nous n’avons pas osé nous y assoir. Il y avait plusieurs couvertures par terre dans les garde-robes et assez sales. Nous avons communiqué à quelques reprises pour avoir une femme de ménage sans succès. Bref, cet appartement est très mal entretenu et cela mériterait certainement un rabais sur le coût de notre...

« We came to Maine from Ohio for our first time. We had a great stay. This condo is about 3 miles from Old Orchard Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. It’s very close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and everything was new. We had a small issue with the lock on the door but the owners were there in 10 minutes to fix it. I would recommend this condo to others and would stay here again! »

« A l'arrivée, le ménage n'était pas fait. Facile d'écrire au gestionnaire mais demande de preuve par photos, appli VRBO n'a pas cette option. Mon mari a réparé un rond de la cuisinière et le grille-pain était defectueux. Nous n'avions pas la bonne clé pour barrer l'appartement, nous devions toujours mettre nos objets de valeur dans l'auto. Stressant d'aller à la plage en sachant que l'appartement n'est pas barré. Sans ces inconvénients,. l'appartement était bien. »

« The place can accommodate a fairly large group. There are four rooms in total, with one being an ensuite. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient during the morning rush. The surroundings are pleasant with a nice view. The house is clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware. The TV comes with Netflix, which is a nice touch.The host is very nice and friendly. « We stayed over the July 4th holiday. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Portland airport. The unit is amazing. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms with baths were spacious. Remember to close the overhead skylights unless you want to be awakened at 4:30 by the sunrise! The living space was comfortable with two walls of windows overlooking the harbor. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. Waking distance to tons of shops...
