„Check-in was quick and easy, but unfortunately we found roaches crawling on the table in our first room. We informed the front desk, and the employee handled it professionally by checking the room and quickly moving us to another one. The second room was cleaner and we did not see any bugs, although there were still some maintenance issues like stained sheets and damage to the walls. Overall, the staff was helpful, but the hotel definitely needs better upkeep and pest control.“

„The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. “

„Ice machine broken. Furniture in bad shape and needs replaced. Never made beds or cleaned room in 3 days. 2 days breakfast trays were empty at 8:00am. First room door wouldn't shut and lock so had to move. Biggest complaint was Expedia showed they have airport shuttle but after waiting a long time and no one came I called and was told they don't have one anymore and I was on my own! Uber cost $30 each way and management wasn't willing to compensate at all saying it was not their problem. Only ...
