It is distributed over three floors, we find on the ground floor: living room, dining area, equipped kitchen, toilet, terrace with barbecue and balcony. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms with bath. On the second floor: 1 attic-type bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace-solarium. It has all kinds of equipment such as washing machine, italian coffee maker, fans, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax and documentation. Groups under 28 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
