« Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back! »

« We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...

"Plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel et toujours le même plaisir di séjourné. Idéalement situé, proche de la gare, a proximité du marché couvert, et bien entendu du centre de la ville. Personnel avenant et très a l’écoute des clients. Chambre propre bien équipé, calme. Petit déjeuner correcte, servie par Jessica et Carla très serviable, à l’écoute de nos demandes, seul petit bémol, l’espace collation très exigu, ce sera avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. Deux choses excessive que l’hôtel ne maitrise pas, taxes de séjour et le prix des parking"
