Barlocco is a newly installed, beautifully finished lodge offering the perfect blend of modern luxury and natural tranquillity. Designed for two guests, this stylish wellness retreat enjoys breathtaking panoramic sea views across the Isles of Fleet, Fleet Bay, Wigtown Bay & the Isle of Man. Every detail has been carefully considered for comfort, relaxation, and indulgence.

All on one level, Barlocco welcomes you into a bright and contemporary open-plan space. The cosy centrally heated living area features a plush sofa with coffee and console tables, beautiful full length oak acoustic media wall with 50” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Freely, USB charging points, 4G Wi-Fi, and an elegant electric fireplace – all perfectly positioned to take in the uninterrupted sea views through patio doors that open onto the south-facing screened decking area, with outdoor table and chairs.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with integrated gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, alongside a sleek breakfast bar with amazing views for relaxed dining. A generous king-size bed dressed in crisp linen ensures a restful night's sleep together with bedside tables and lamps, while the stylish shower room offers a rainfall shower, WC, vanity sink with drawer, LED mirror with charging socket and heated towel rail. Guests are also provided with a range of soft towels, robes, and a selection of complimentary luxurious and ethical hair and skincare products from a local producer, plus a welcome selection of teas, hot chocolate and coffee to start the stay in comfort.Barlocco's outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to take full advantage of the stunning coastal setting. Just five minutes from Mossyard Bay, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool, crisp waters before returning to Barlocco for a truly unique experience in the private wellness area. Here, you'll find a wood-fired thermowood barrel sauna with a full panoramic window, perfectly complemented by a cold-water waterfall shower for invigorating hot-cold therapy.

Surrounding the area, a grassed section blooms with seasonal wildflowers, creating a serene natural setting. Private parking is available directly outside the lodge which is served with an automatic lighting bollard at night and is complete with an EV charging point for added convenience.
