« Brand new hotel, staff is great and there are bald eagles flying around everywhere! Lots of other water birds as well. Nice outdoor space, but it was too cold. »

« The office closed 12am on 1/1, opened at 8am closed agsin at 11am same day and never reopened. Wifi didnt work,no coffee or breakfast because there was no staff and office was closed. There was a number for emergencies only so couldnt get new towels. The outside stairs to the second level were metal and it was a snow storm and 17 degrees. They never salted or cleaned them almost fell twice. The area is gorgeous, the view was great just not a single available amenity »

« The hotel overall was amazing. Only complaint that was the room smelled like cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. When running the shower, the smell just got worse. »
