„We stayed three nights at this top-floor rental. It met our needs perfectly. Michael is a great Host. We were using it as a base for kayaking in the Columbia River. It's an excellent place for that. We loved the community of Cathlamet, which is just a short drive away. It's a cute town. We also took the ferry across the Columbia that leaves Puget Island every hour. We will be back again.“

We were impressed with how very clean the property is even for a dog friendly location. We loved walking our dogs around the field across the road and exploring Puget Island. „Our stay was focused on Salmon fishing. The home was perfect with a dock for our boat. Very beautiful location and great neighbors. The home is well appointed and provided everything we need. „The property is well maintained and spacious with lots of seating, comfortable furniture, and an excellent view from the living room. It's located in a quiet residential area (aside from hearing the sea lions down by the river), though was still close enough to conveniently reach most of the attractions in Astoria. The host was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying at the property.“

„The house is large and spacious. Very well decorated. Be aware there is not a door to the very large master bathroom so you can see someone sitting on the toilet from the king bed! — a bit weird for a house that was recently remodeled and the owners clearly spent a lot of money to do so. Other than that, a great house in a gorgeous setting.“
