„Nicely done tiny home. Owners are very timely in their communication. Clean. Recommend going downtown Kingston for a walk on Rail trail, seeing the lighthouse, and eating outside at one of the many restaurants. We ate at Savona Trattoria, which was delicious. Boat tour of Hudson River looked wonderful but we didn’t have the time to do it. Would stay again! “

„My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. „We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!“

„This is our second time around, and we loved it just as much. The place feels isolated and welcoming, cosy yet large enough to breathe and relax. Accord is also lovely, with plenty of restaurants and little antiques stores to keep us busy. This time around it rained most of the time, so no hiking for us, but the hot tub made up for that ;) “

„We had to stage for a wedding at this place, and it was absolutely fabulous. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing. The house was clean. It was beautifully decorated plenty of room for people to come and go.We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again. The homeowner was extremely helpful. Extremely kind and hospitable! It was an amazing stay. Probably our favorite place we stayed at.“
