« The staff was helpful. We checked in extremely late and they were kind.
The rooms were great, but there were a few issues. They were clean, however, the body wash was empty when we arrived and there was a nail from the carpet tack strip that was protruding from the floor, not enough to cause injury but enough to be noticeable.
The breakfast tasted amazing. They had a limited menu you could order from and a few Starbucks drinks. »

« We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking.
We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room.
The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel...
