We were in town for a memorial for my mother. The house was perfect for us. The outdoor space was amazing and the ping pong table got lots of use. We would defi itely stay here again the next time we come to visit family!

It started the second we opened the door. It smelled so strong of maple syrup that we gaged. We found an air freshener can and to oil diffusers that were maple syrup. We had to put them outside. Seemed like something was trying to be covered up?! Then It was safety issues
. The deck is a major risk, the door to downstairs open straight to steep stairs no land or anything and downstairs there is a brick deck were a fireplace use to be. All of which are major trip/fall hazards!! My grandson took a face plant on the deck and may loose his front teeth!!! Where in the middle of the long deck there is one step down and not marked in anyway for safety. I would say cleanliness was at about a 95% with lots of hair and dust bunny’s in the corners/under furniture.

Perfect house for a family or couples

The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is decorated really cute and had everything we needed. There is also a couple of nice conversation spots outside- one under the covered back deck and another nice one around a fire pit. It was very clean and we would highly recommend!

Weekend getaway

The home was clean and in a nice area. Perfect location for our weekend getaway to visit a distillery and catch up. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well furnished to make meals. Two nice family room areas were also a bonus. Recommended if you need a place to stay in town.

Cedar Rapids get-together

My 3 adult siblings and I had our annual get-together from all corners of the USA. Lynnaya’s home is very clean and modernly decorated with lots of indoor and outdoor space for games and meals together. We especially appreciated the comfy beds and nice bath towels! Lynnaya was quick to respond to my questions. It was perfect for our get-together on a beautiful fall weekend.

A wonderful clean place with great amenities! My family enjoyed the ping pong table, board and yard games. A great location to be when visiting Cedar Rapids. The host was very communicative and accommodating It was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting extended family.

Great place for a football weekend

We wanted a place to stay for the Iowa State v. Iowa game and it was perfect. Close enough to Kinnick but in Cedar Rapids so much more affordable. The beds were amazing. Loved the touch of original wood with great updates. Would stay here again in a minute.

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything in this listing was accurate, and yet we were still thoroughly surprised at how nice this home was! The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and modern. The basement was much larger than the pictures made it seem. It was great for the kids to have their own space for playing video games and ping pong. Every room throughout felt like it was decorated by an interior designer and gave a very relaxing atmosphere. During the rain, we enjoyed lounging in the most comfortable outdoor furniture under the large covered back patio. I was disappointed that we were too busy to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, but the kids loved running around the massive yard. I truly hope this house will still be available next summer; we have every intention to stay on Worthington Drive again!!
