It was noticed that it was beat up a little: scrapes and scratches on the walls, dents in the walls, corners of walls were damaged, stains on walls, etc. But overall it was clean and well kept - could probably use a little TLC. Staff was helpful, polite and engaging. Breakfast was standard. Beds were hard. »

« The service was terrible! To start with there was no one staffing the check-in. I guess an unmanned front desk saves money, but it was a pain since you were expected to have a cell phone, which I do not have. I came instead with a confirmation printout from when I first made the reservation. Check-in was eventually resolved through a video conference using provided equipment. The awkward automated check-in process could be excused as a money saving feature. However, the worst service came...
