« This property was perfect for our stay to visit Berry College! It is a very short drive to the campus. Very convenient! The property is cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional! Communication with the host was easy and Melissa is very friendly! She referred us to some local restaurants. My wife and daughter chose Provino's and we were not disappointed. Thanks, Melissa! Even if you didn't book to visit Berry, I think the location is great for anything you are wanting to do. »

« The house was fine overall but a few things would greatly improve the experience. The fridge constantly makes ice and cannot be turned off. It overflows and leaks on the floor. The water dispenser doesn’t work, so there is no need to have the water connected. The oven, air fryer, and bbq need a good cleaning. We noticed cooking utensils that were dirty also. « Our stay at this townhome in Downtown Rome was great! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was close to the tennis center (we were there for a tennis tournament). I know it says there are only 2 parking spots, but we had room for 3 cars. The only slight issue was that the house does not seem to have any soundproofing. « The listing is heavily AI enhanced. The kitchen picture showed cabinets that weren't actually there, same of the built-in at the end of the cabinets. Most of the outlets were so loose plugs didn't stay in. There was weird texture on everything including the appliances. Almost no water pressure in any other that bathrooms.
