Every time we saw him, he exuberantly greeted us and inquired if there was anything he could help us with. In all my years of staying at hotels, Raoof was the best example of what a hotel representative should be. We will certainly stay at Fairfield Commons again. »

Tried to get a refund for the two days I did not stay due to the conditions of the room and hotel and they refused to help their customers. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS, AND LIKE DIRTY, SMELLY ROOMS. Front desk was extremely unhelpful, refused to assist me with any help regarding the condition of the place; they did not care at all. « The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...
