Great but outdoors misleading
The images are outdated? The picture of the front of the house is the neighbors house? or the house next door (we did not see anybody enter or leave the house). The actual property is below what appears to be a garage. The backyard was not well kept, weeds and cobwebs, the outdoor furniture is camping chairs, and the grill had old ashes that had not been removed. The inside looks newly renovated with tongue and groove and well kept, the air conditioning was perfect, newer TV’s with Roku (need your own sign on). The shower area could use more lighting. The kitchen could use more forks, spoons. Pontoon rental is with in walking distance and you can dock at this property’s dock. The host set up an air mattress before we arrived which was appreciated. The property is quiet and in great location to amenities (restaurants). Overall the value of this property matches the expense (very reasonable for this lake).
