« Property was in a great location… could walk to hiking, park, creek in backyard. We loved the town events: pizza and music in the park, brunch at the Merc, Apartment was new and tastefully done, well-equipped. Perfect mountain experience. Hosts could not have been nicer. We’ll be back. »

« This is a basement with high toddler traffic above you. Area clean but old, stains on couch where you would sit. Poor lighting outside. We decided to just drive home rather than stay the night If looking for something very basic, probably would work. »

« My family and I had a great stay. The property was very clean and a great location for our needs to move our daughter into CSM. Close to the grocery store and downtown Golden as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful. My daughter fell in love with the heated floors and blue tooth speaker in the bathroom which she utilized when she took a shower. My wife and I will be staying again when we come visit. »

« The view from this property is obviously amazing, but the little details really made it perfect. Complimentary snacks, s’mores supplies including roasting sticks, an Alexa in every room, stocked kitchen, umbrellas by the door- Jeff thought of everything! It made it so easy to be away from home with young kids. There was also a family of deer and some bunnies running around the property which was the highlight of the trip for my kids! »

« I came to COS to visit my son stationed at Ft. Carson. The location was perfect for all of our adventures that weekend. About 20 mins from base and 20 mins or less to lots of attractions and places to explore. The apt. was clean , which was very pleasant since most places I’ve rented have been dirty in some way and I’ve had to clean before I could enjoy myself, but not here!!!
