« Great place to stay ! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything you could need from the multiple charging cubes to bathroom and kitchen essentials. If you appreciate antique furnishings this home has it. The backyard was nice and had cute pathways between the many trees and garden. Our dog loved all the smells too ! « We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too! »

« We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. »

« The place is immaculate and beautiful designed. The yard is fenced in, which is great for my dog — but the next door neighbor has a dog (which is very sweet), so we kept my dog on a leash. Just a heads up if you have dogs who don't necessarily love other dogs. I used to live in this neighborhood and it's a great place for walks and a park nearby if you have a kiddo. Definitely recommend staying here! »

« Property was just as described. We had everything we needed. The carport was a big bonus for us because it was raining heavily throughout our stay, and we appreciated staying dry while loading/unloading our vehicle. Owner responds quickly to questions. Location was great for us Decatur natives with proximity to grocery stores, big box stores, restaurants, parks and banks. It was even close to the funeral home we were using. Neighborhood was quiet. HVAC system and water heating were also great. »

« My 12-year-oaf daughter and I stayed in this charming home while my older daughter attended a week long camp at the U of I. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable. We took several runs in the area sometimes morning sometimes evening around 8/8:30. Always felt safe. This home is also convenient to a lot of coffee shops, cafes, and boutiques. We visited the nearby Farmers Market on Tuesday. Favorite places: Fire Doll (make your own soy candle), Lit bookstore, Jane Adams bookstore, Martinelli’s...
