„I got a dirty room. There was dirt in every corner. The towels had dark stains and partly visible footprints from shoes.The blanket smelled gross and was cigarette burned. The pillows and the duvet cover also had yellow stains.During my entire stay I was only given dirty towels and sheets. Incredible how something like that can be expected of a guest. In front of the room there were garbage bags and leftovers that were simply thrown outside the door by other guests. Never again “

„Originally had our room of a 1 BR mixed up and not available had us in a 2 queen room. Talked front desk & they had no 1 BR available. Was going to cancel but decided to wait & see if they did anything next day. They rearranged their reservations the next day & moved us to the room we had reserved. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how it is corrected that counts and they corrected their error. Great front desk staff. Many restaurants nearby. “
