« My family comes multiple times a year for the waterpark. Since last visit we have noticed that the staff is much less friendly than before. I'm not sure what the dynamic is behind the scenes, but the energy of the front desk and cleaning staff was depressing. We were also dissapointed that we were shorted waterpark passes at check in (no problem previous stays in same suite), concerned that the waterpark life guard staff was constantly on their phones or gossiping with each other and seemed...

« Clean room and I called to make sure the water park would be open on Wednesday… they said yes as they have spring break hours and that we could come check in at 2pm and start swimming right away. Normal check in is at 4pm. You can buy food and beverage in the water park area. The fried pickles are seriously the best I’ve ever had. »

« Lovely, cozy vibe. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table, bunks and a variety of the other board games in addition to the massive movie theater room. Plenty of towels and spacious for the family & friends to gather. No dishwasher wasn't a deal breaker as the kitchen sink was large and plenty of space to drip-dry items. Water was nice and HOT. Host was fast to reply & easy to communicate with. Stayed right after season's first snowfall, so can imaging how beautiful it would b in the height of summer...

« Our family had such a terrific time! The room was spacious a very clean and the water park was awesome! Lots of variety to choose from and fun for a wide age range. Enough to do to spend the whole day! »
