« One modest hiccup. Our rooms had two TVs and 3 different remotes. All 3 were on the same counter with no guides or operating instructions. Very confusing for a couple of technology challenged 80+-year-old seniors. All we wanted to do was watch a specific program on a live broadcast. Finally figured it out after 20 minutes of trial and error. »

« I found body hair on the shower walls and laying on the back of the toilet. The pool and hot tub definitely need to be drained and cleaned. The water was very foggy in the pool and the hot tub had ants in it. Over all the young man that checked me in was very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. »
