« Nice surprises, like the evening reception, delicious breakfast including custom-made omelets (SO GOOD!) and a full breakfast buffet, good coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the room includes a fridge and microwave. We had an easy walk to the AMAZING Heard Museum, and there was more to explore in the area on foot. Uber to the airport costs about $20. This is a beautiful hotel in a safe area with food options nearby. »

« The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the vouchers for room service and the little welcome pack with drinks and snacks! The only blight during my stay was the appalling customer service at the gift shop in the hotel - I have never experienced such outright rudeness. I would definitely the Renaissance Downtown to people looking to stay in downtown Phoenix! »
