« It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

« I was in 309 the traffic was bad specially Saturday night there was a racing up and down that street kids to hollering and screaming in the streets it was very noisy I didn’t sleep very well but everything was clean your staff was good it was just hard to sleep on that side »

« Newly renovated rooms are excellent, old ones are okay. I upgraded to new room after a day and really enjoyed the stay. I love the location because it is closer to airport, and in the center to west, east or south loops. I would highly recommend anyone to upgrade to the new rooms. »
