« Charming cottage in historic North Park neighborhood. Lovely fittings, well stocked, very quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to a few good options for meals. Wonderful area to just walk if you’re so inclined. Convenient access to major sites and attractions. Air conditioning was most welcome for an unusually muggy September in SD. »

« The home is in a perfect location with easy access to everything. The only drawback was that the patio wasn’t fully private, which I would have loved for my doggies — but they still had an amazing time! The home itself was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and the overall atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. »

« Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land. »

« I was a very nice stay in a clean home, very impressed. The next statement are improvement suggestions. We had to clean the grill before using it. The grease trap underneath the burners was pretty thick and a potential fire hazard. The patio can use better lighting. The base of tub needs a new bead of chalking. The Brita water pitcher is cracked on the bottom and leaked in the refrigerator. We washed the hammock that smelled like dog my wife said. All in all a very nice comfortable stay. »

« The Good: Comfortable Beds: The beds allowed for restful sleep. Entertainment Options: TVs equipped with Roku for streaming, though initially unplugged. The Bad: Ant Infestation: Ants were present throughout the kitchen, made harder to notice due to dim lighting. Cluttered Space: The house felt like a personal storage area, filled with the owner's odds and ends. Thermostat Issues: Inefficient settings caused the house to overheat, wasting energy. « Perfect little zen oasis! 10 out of 10! First, Jacqueline was so wonderful, kind and responsive. Such a joy communicating with her. A perfect little home tucked in a great spot so close to everything! The yard is straight out of a fairytale and the hot tub was perfect after a long day walking around at the zoo. We will be back for sure. It doesnt help that our styles are very similar, so I felt extra at home! Such an inviting space. A must stay! »

« The check in process was a breeze. The directions the host sent us included the check in process, the WiFi password, and instructions on what was included with the rental. The location is very quiet, even though there are major highways nearby. The access to the highways was something that attracted us to the property, because we knew we would make several day trips from there. « This property’s location and accommodations were perfect for my husband and me. There’s a well appointed kitchen and an open concept living/dining room downstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with plenty of hot water. It’s located near all that we valued. Our host was very responsive and gracious. All in all, it was a great stay. Five stars for sure. »

« Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...
