We had no problems with our access pin. Loved all the information that was available in our room, so we knew places to eat, shop, and things to do. Loved the air conditioning unit, which kept our room cool on some hot days. Total recommend Crosby Lofts.“

„Very nice "old" establishment. Old world feeling and bar/restaurant right there. Hostess' were most polite and helpful. Not a lot to say about the bartenders. They were on their own agenda and not very attentive. Also the room we had was cols as cold could get. No control in room. Control for room out in hall. So when lobby gets warm, thermostat tries cooling, only that air is all going into room and not the lobby it is trying to cool. Over a good relaxing time, just don't waste the bartenders ...

„We found this gem while thumbing through the "Select Registry of Distinguished Inns of North America from 2010. This place is fantastic. We chose this Inn to celebrate out 44th anniversary. There were two other couples celebrating theirs also. We booked the Mozart room as the other rooms and cottages were taken. The decor takes you back to the turn of the 20th century as it was designed to do when it was built in the late 90's. There is a superb breakfast served. The Inn houses its own 5-star ...

„Sehr kalter und unfreundlicher Empfang. Wir hatten nicht realisiert, dass das Frühstück zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr serviert wird. Als wir um 8.55 erschienen, hiess es, wir seien zu spät und man solle sich in der Selbstbedienungsküche verpflegen. Noch nie so erlebt, zumal Frühstück meistens bis 10 oder gar 11 Uhr angeboten wird. Man sieht überall Zeitungsberichte über Berühmtheiten die im Hotel übernachtet haben und die Arroganz der Gastgeber spürt man entsprechend. Ein No go!!“
