„Very clean room and the hot tub was nice. The only thing is they definitely don’t have quiet hours. I was woken up at 5 am every day by kids screaming and people running around outside and screaming. This would go on until at least 7 and then they would be done and start again around 9. I’m glad they were having fun but at 5 I want to sleep. Other than that the front desk guy was very nice and helpful“
„The property was adequate as a place to stay. It was clean. My issue was as a handicapped person. My room was billed as their only handicapped room. The front desk agent said the room had grab bars in the bathroom and a shower. There was a grab bar BEHIND the toilet! Also, there were several grab bars in the standard bathtub with shower. The sink had been remodeled with a beautiful new bowl that sat on top of a stand and was high for a normal person to use. These things made the bathroom unsafe ...
„Leider war unser Aufenthalt dort Chaos pur!
Offiziell war auf Expedia angegeben, dass der Empfang bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist. Wir kamen gegen 18 Uhr an und dort war niemand. Da wir nur eine ESim hatten, konnten wir auch die Notfallnummer nicht kontaktieren. Wir mussten dann zu einem anderen Hotel fahren, um von dort aus anzurufen und haben dann erstmal 20-25min auf einen Rückruf gewartet. Über das Telefonat haben wir dann wenigstens unsere Zimmer Pin erhalten. Die Dame konnte hatte zu den anderen ...
