Casa Chieto is a characterful Tuscan farmhouse offering generous space, countryside views and plenty of privacy for large families or groups travelling together. Extending across approximately 500 sqm, the property is arranged as six independent apartments, allowing guests to share a holiday while still enjoying their own living spaces. A large communal living and dining room provides a natural gathering place for the whole group, complete with a fireplace and semi-professional kitchen.Traditional Tuscan features remain at the heart of the interiors, with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and fireplaces adding warmth and character throughout. Across the apartments are ten bedrooms, including eight doubles and two twins, together with nine bathrooms. Each apartment has its own living area and kitchen or kitchenette, while Apartment Three has an especially distinctive layout, continuing up into the villa’s tower. Air-conditioning is provided in all bedrooms for added comfort during the warmer months.Outside, a furnished portico provides an inviting setting for leisurely lunches and dinners overlooking the surrounding countryside. The villa is surrounded by a large panoramic park, with plenty of space to relax with a book or a glass of local wine. Just a few metres from the house, the private 14m x 7m swimming pool enjoys beautiful views across the Tuscan landscape, with sun loungers and parasols for relaxed days by the water.Despite its peaceful rural setting, Casa Chieto is well placed for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Cetona is around 4 km away, while historic hill towns, Lake Trasimeno, wineries, olive mills and local food experiences provide plenty of possibilities for days out.

Casa Chieto enjoys a peaceful setting in southern Tuscany, ideally placed for discovering the hill towns, countryside and food traditions of both Tuscany and neighbouring Umbria. Cetona, Chiusi, Sarteano and Città della Pieve are all around ten to twenty minutes away, offering historic centres, restaurants, shops and local markets.Cetona is particularly appealing, with its medieval streets climbing towards the old citadel and an attractive central piazza. The surrounding countryside is known for olive oil and wine production, while nearby Mount Cetona offers opportunities for walking and cycling among wooded hills and panoramic landscapes.The area is also well known for its thermal waters. San Casciano dei Bagni is around 10 km away, with Chianciano Terme and Bagni San Filippo also within reach. Further afield, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Orvieto and Lake Trasimeno make rewarding day trips.Wine tastings, winery and olive mill visits, cooking lessons and traditional meals can also be arranged locally, allowing guests to experience the region beyond its historic towns. Florence and Rome are both around ninety minutes away for longer days out.

Standard changeover clean included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
