« Siamo stati benissimo una settimana alla villa Letizia, in famiglia, un gruppo di 12 con bimbi. Bel posto con un bellissimo giardino e panorama, vista sul mare stupenda. La casa è grande e comoda. La piscina è bella grande. La communicazione con Anna è stata molto facile, ha sempre risposto rapidamente. La casa è un po difficile da trovare (forse un cartello all'inizio del camino potrebbe aiutare) e la strada un po stretta ma niente di insormontabile e il panorama ne vale la pena :)...

« A wonderful Villa. All you need for a two week stay. The communal pool was gorgeous- infinity part over looking the sea. The area felt safe, parking was good. You do need a car to go anywhere and we couldn’t find a taxi service. The area is great as can visit many beaches and towns. Diamante was our favourite. Thank you »

« We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice Villa Mediteraneo. Our communication with our hosts, Marco and Palolo, was good, Paolo was very synpathic, available and answered always quickly to our demands. We were several genarations in this house for a family meeting and everyone could have is own private place. « Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat eine einmalige Lage, ein wundervoller Blick und ist super ruhig, es es sei denn die Nachbarn lassen es krachen. Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. Und im Urlaub ist man ja sowieso mit Vielem gelassener ist. Was doch aber schon sehr gestört hat was, dass das Haus mit den...

« Die Lage am Meer mit dem schönen Garten war sehr schön. Etwas gestört haben die Züge im Hintergrund, da die Bahnlinie hinter dem Haus vorbeiführte. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Nach einer Woche wurde sauber gemacht. Die Kommunikation war immer gewährleistet. Es war ein erholsamer Familienurlaub. »

« Though the villa is out of the town (you should definitely rent a small car) once you get to the villa, it is serene, spacious, clean and inviting. Our host Anna was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Internet access is very good even in that remote area. The pool and the grounds are kept clean and are lovely for relaxing. « Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were. »

« Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere. The mountains that surrounded the property were glorious and the beach(es) in the area were so beautiful. I hope to return to see Anna and her family again and I thank them so much for helping me...
