« The hotel was wonderful and the free shuttle on the weekend evenings was an added bonus. I would highly recommend the hot tub suite. »

« Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists. »

« We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. « Booked thru Expedia at right under $200/2 nights. Check-in-went very smooth. The first room was dirty & this type of neglect is on purpose; to allow anyone but a cleaner to enter it, was offensive. There were spiders in the bathtub, questionable stains on pillow cases, walls, and curtains, dirt/dust gathered throughout. The beds were very much soiled, can’t remember if they had mattress covers. Very nice bedside lights, with addtl light for night reading (good idea), if you could muster the guts...

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now, and he is one of the most respectful and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the service industry. He single handedly has caused me to repeat business at this hotel and I will continue to do so as long as he is employed. »

« Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless. »
