It’s away from the beach, so you’ll want a car, or be prepared to call cabs. Because of this it’s a quiet location. You’re close to restaurants, and the IGA (the local supermarket). Provo is small, so nothing is more than a 15 minute drive away. Parking was ample, I never had difficulty ...

Appreciated all the extra amenities - snorkel masks, beach towels, cooler, portable table / chairs, island map, recommendations, etc. We used the property’s pools, hot tub and loungers.
