« Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out. »

« Had to request coffee maker for room which they gave me to carry up at check-in, then had to come back down to ask for coffee pods for the coffee maker. Staff was very friendly. »

« Air conditioner started to warm up --started off cool, but didn't seem to keep temp. Carpet when we got off on our floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed recently. Room was clean enough. Appearance was just kind of worn in general. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Did not have automatic doors coming into the hotel and only when we first got there did the security guard open them for us--otherwise we struggled to open the door and remove our bags. »

Nous avons dû acheter les sent bon mais les odeurs restent. Les meubles ont besoin de remplacer : le sofa est tout sale et déchiré le puff a une patte cassée, la chaisede bureau est déchirée et toute sale, le coffre-fort est toute sale et non fonctionnel. « 2ème séjour dans cet établissement. L'hôtel fait actuellement des rénovations au niveau de la salle de petit-déjeuner et de l'accueil, mais cela n'entraine pas de gène particulière. Etablissement situé un peu en retrait donc très calme. Supermarché Wallmart à 5mn en voiture. Les chambres sont en fait des suites avec chambre séparée, salon et coin cuisiné entièrement équipé.
