My Stay

This hotel is actually better than the look of the hotel inside and out.It is tired looking. It needs a complete facelift inside and out. The Gym is terrible.Breakfast is good. Love the bed, hate the carpets. It need money spent on it. Take tha carpet off cuts away from the entrances to the elevators it just makes it look cheap.

The good news first. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded very promptly to our requests. There was usually at least one staff member on duty whose English speaking level was pretty good. The breakfast buffet was pretty tasty - enough western foods to justify the cost. Kudos to the management for these accomplishments. Now the not so good news. The condition of the hotel was not at all on a 4-star level. The rooms were clean but furniture was old. As for the pool, chlorine levels were ok but the pool floor had not been scrubbed in a long time. Deck lights were broken and wires were dangling. The showers were more like local public showers than a 4-star hotel. Ill-fitting stall curtains, dark and not so clean. The fitness room was tiny - a few pieces of equipment and there is no room key access. There were mouse/rat traps visible in the lobby area. The lobby furniture was old, sagging and chipped. Guest room hallway on our floor was not vacuumed the entire time we were there. The location of the hotel is very inconvenient for tourists. The hotel was full when we were there but most guests were on business with nearby car manufacturers. To sum up, as nice as the staff was, we don't plan to stay there again mostly because of the location.

Far away from anything of interest Too Dirty

There is absolutely nothing of interest to a Westerner near this hotel. It is far too far away from downtown, the train station, the bus station, and even the airport (although we traveled by bus). The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired. We took out the stopper in the sink on many occasions and left it near the trash can because it was dirty and had hair and other gunk from previous visits on the bottom and the maid never cleaned it. There was dust everywhere and that also was never cleaned. The room was small and the layout was rather ingenious for a hexagonal type room. The TV was placed on a wall which was difficult to see from the bed so you had to move the one desk chair (no room for a desk) over by the window. Taxis were difficult to get from the hotel as the location of the entrance made it unattractive to taxi drivers to wait nearby. It was difficult to get taxis overall in this city though in other locations. I would only plan a trip back to this hotel if I were wanting to spend the entire time in the hotel which will probably not ever occur. The map is deceiving as to location so a word to the wise if you want to see city sights.

苦情、トラブル処理がされていない。

バスルームのお湯が出ず、2日間親類の部屋のパスを使用させてもらった。 フロントに頼んだが、適切な対応なかった。3日目に知り合いの中国人に見てもらったら、湯と水の支持マークが逆であった。過去にも10人が10人、間違えてクレームが出ていたであろうに、処理されていない。結婚式にここを使ったが、エクスペディアとして評価基準を下げるべきだ。
