Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons in 45m2 of interior space. There is one double bedroom, a bathroom and an open space living room, dining and a fully equipped kitchen area. The living room sofa turns into one more single bed. The interior is minimally decorated to create a homely atmosphere.

The flat is ideally located in central Chania, steps away from the central bus station and just a 5 minute walk to the nearest Nea Chora sandy beach or to the Old town of Chania.

It offers a cute sun terrace with an extra table and chairs.

** Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
