« Venue pour un salon à Harrogate nous avons réservé dans ce petit boutique hôtel et je suis tombée sous le charme. Notre chambre était confortable, grande et joliment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »

« Lovely, clean and very comfortable room. Loved having the option of a bath. Breakfast seemed to use good quality products and accommodating of any slight changes to the menu. All staff encountered were extremely courteous, helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise. »

« A fantastic hotel, very helpful, friendly staff, who appeared very happy in their roles. We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative. The hotel is in great location. It is within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre, also on a local bus route. On site parking at competitive rates. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable. Well positioned lamps, electric sockets and mirrors. Amazing...

« Rooms here are great, each one is quirky in their own way, and a lovely touch to have radio playing in room as background music on arrival. The 2 ladies that greeted us on arrival were welcoming and showed us all (4 guests) to our rooms. Evening meal in the bar was great too, cold and frosty outside, the pub reminded me as something out of The Holiday!!! »

« Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. »

« We had a beautifully clean and very spacious room in the hotel's annex which was very peaceful and quiet. The whole stay was a perfect way to enjoy christmas! Every single member of staff was happy & smiling, the food absolutely superb, plenty of drinks choices...WONDERFUL! »
