„The cottage has a lot of charm and character. We found it simply wonderful! The location is perfect to explore Cape Cod and it is very quiet. It was super clean and has everything you need. It was even possible to use beach chairs and beach towels. Shirley and Bob are very lovely and helpful people. We would stay here everytime again.“

„We enjoyed our stay at the house this year. We had rented the same house for 7-8y but it wasn't renting this year. I love the quiet neighborhood and the shady backyard and porch for hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was nice. Alex was very easy to communicate with.“

„Great clean little cottage. Perfect for two adults and a dog. The back yard is fenced in which was a pleasant surprise! Nice neighborhood there is a private beach within walking distance or a 5 minute drive to the public beach. The only issue we had was both mattresses seemed old and were not comfortable. “

„This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. “

„The house appears to be recently totally renovated, all new appliances, great location, and very easy communication with the property manager. We would definitely return to this property!“

„This house was great for a quick getaway! The location was great. Unfortunately we came at a time of year where most everything is closed until summer, so there wasn't much to do.“

„It was the least expensive option in the area. We feel we got a little better than expected for the price, but there is absolutely no ocean views and you do need a car to get around. Very close to the shopping area of Oak Bluffs. Carpets really need to be cleaned and the furniture was old. The beds were comfortable. Functioning kitchen for cooking in. Did not use grill.“
