Great Hotel.

The Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The Room was clean and The location was great they would shuttle you to the Casino and race Track.

Shuttle service was excellent to casino

The staff was excellent with their service. The shuttle service from hotel "The Inn" was fast and excellent. The friendliness of driver was excellent also. I will stay again.

Perfect place for an outing at the race track.

Best choice for Charles Town races visit. Shuttle service to track worked great. Be sure to try a meal at Mountsin View Cafe across the road for good home cooked style meals and pies. Our only small complaint is we booked a track side room but that was not what we got even though we checked in during the day. Not really a problem but it was what was advertised. Hotel itself is very attractive and clean.

Excellently placed with easy access to the casino

Very smart hotel with a shuttle bus to and from the casino which was brilliantly convenient running every ten minutes. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful.

I BOOKED THRU EXPEDIA REQUESTING A DELUX FOOM LOOKING AT RACETRACK. GOT GOOD PRICE, GOT ROOM WITH GREAT VIEW OF TRACK. AND WHEN CHECKED IN, ALL WAS IN ORDER, STAFF PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Very Nice Hotel

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was extremely clean and large. We looked over the track, which was fun for watching the horses being exercised in the morning, but would not have been a clear enough view to watch the evening races. Our only disappointment with the hotel was the breakfast. The description on the website leads you to believe it is more than it is. It was the standard hotel breakfast fare with three so-so hot items. The food was adequate, but no more than that. All in all, an excellent choice of hotel.

Was expecting hotel to be closer to casino. Shuttle worked well buti it was a weeknight and was not crowded. Breakfast could have been better.

Perfect & Close to the casino !

Everything about this room was perfect ! The rooms were spacious & modern and very clean. The staff was amazing ! There was a shuttle bus to & from the casino which was great !

Very quiet, clean and great for handicapped .

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again.felt safe, and place was very clean. Kudos to staff and management for the way this hotel is taken care of. Hot cookies and popcorn an extra warm hello!!!

Wonderful Time!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. We took the shuttle to the Racetrack/Casino and the driver was very helpful with the lift to get me into the shuttle. Our only negative experience AT ALL was when we checked into our room, we found a dirty rag sitting on the counter near the sink as if the housekeeping staff had forgotten it. Not very pleasant thing to see. We disposed of it carefully in the trash but the housekeeping staff might want to take a good look around before leaving a room they have cleaned. Everything else was awesome. Breakfast was terrific as well. We WILL be back.

The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. My plans changed several times in a few hours and they were understanding about extending my stay and making me as comfortable as possible! Wish I could have stayed longer

Hotel Conveniently Located Near Casino

The first impression of the hotel was amazing. We checked in with almost no wait and were able to get to where we needed to be with almost no effort. The room smelled very nice and was very clean. The toiletries provided were excellent in quality compared to most hotels we have stayed. After a long night we were able to comfortably climb into bed and fall asleep with no effort. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were able to check out with almost no effort or wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very Spacious Room!

Very nice room, bathroom especially so. Large shower with glass doors vs shower curtain. Large shelves in bathroom for towels etc., great idea! Nice amenities in room, large beds, with high quality linens. Very sound proof. Continental plus breakfast with good coffee! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, crisp feel to property. Will stay again when I am in the area.
