„Perfect for our mother daughter getaway! So close to the beach it is practically in your backyard. The cottage is small, adorable and charming. The deck and outdoor shower were super nice. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy trips to center street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!“

„We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Owners ensure your privacy and were very helpful, as needed! We loved our vacation and didn't want to leave! Thanks Ken and Christine!!!“

„We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cottage in its quiet & well situated neighborhood. We were close to the beaches & downtown Charleston. The restaurants, Martin’s & Gillies were very good & in walking distance. This house was clean & well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Our only issue was the television & if you’re used to streaming your programs it won’t be an issue. We highly recommend this cozy little place.“

„This spot is studio apartment-like. It was in the perfect location to explore Charleston and the surrounding areas. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes and frozen yogurt A short Uber Ride to Sullivan's Island, Shem Creek. Rented bikes to get into downtown Charleston in 15 minutes from the house. „I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay.“

Only problem we had during our stay was caused by a small step between the kitchen and the main room which caused a fall. The owner demonstrated appropriate concern and, in an effort, to try to improve safety since he could not change the step, he applied tape as a visual aid which helped. Tolles Hotel am Marion Square
"Das Hotel hat uns in jeder Hinsicht gut gefallen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der beheizte Pool auf der Dachterrasse und das große Zimmer. Leider war die Hotellobby und das Restaurant sehr kühl. Fürs Frühstück gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein hübsches Café mit einem schönen Garten (Kudu Coffee an der 4 Vanderhorst Street). Auch gute Restaurants git es in der Nähe. Im Parkhaus gegenüber ist es etwas billiger als das Valetparking des Hotels."
