« The staff and service are excellent »

« Le stationnement valet n'était pas disponible, aucune place de stationnement disponible dans l'hotel, nous avons du nous stationner dans un stationnement publique à proximité où nous devons réactiver le paiement avant 7H AM... Pas du tout VIP ! Valet parking was not available, no parking space available in the hotel, we had to park in a nearby public parking lot where we must reactivate payment before 7:00 AM... Not VIP at all! »

« A wonderful experience! I was kindly greeted upon arrival by the valet-he was so kind and brought my bags to my room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor and style of not only my room, but the entire hotel, courtyard and adjacent bar and restaurant. Beautiful toiletries for use in the bathroom. « mixed by a person at reception who pulls a face and makes no effort! However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »

« Excellent set-up - two large bedrooms with comfy king-sized beds, a nice living/sitting room and kitchen. The unit is right across the street from a nice small Mexican restaurant with good margaritas (if you arrive early for check-in). The owner/manager was in contact in case we needed anything, but all was perfect. »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...
