Our stay was very comfortable. The internet was a little glitchy with the televisions, but I had no issues with hand-held devices, laptops, or phones.The beach at this end of the island was very quiet, along with the neighbors. Relaxing vacation.

Absolutely beautiful!

Three generations of our family stayed here after our son’s college graduation. The home could not have been more perfect for our family or a more beautiful spot to celebrate. The extra touches-throw blankets, beach towels, etc- just made our stay even easier and more comfortable.

Beautiful home; amazing location!

We didn’t want to leave Namastay. It had an incredible view of the ocean and was a great layout for our 2 families. Beautiful home with lots of thoughtful details. We hated to leave and will be back again soon.

Wonderful Spot at Folly

We stay at folly every year and this year was no exception. The house was well situated with the 4 bedrooms on each corner. Wonderful space through out including a great front room with the main TV away from the other sitting areas. Good spot to stay right on the water

Perfect beach house

We had a delightful time at this house. Perfect for two couples with kids. One of the most well-appointed properties I’ve ever rented - plenty of towels, robes, soaps, cleaning products, coffee, spices, etc. Perfect layout, comfy beds, good-sized bathrooms/showers, amazing screened-in porch facing the ocean, and fabulous beach: Truly a delightful property. I hope to stay here again next year!

Wonderful week

My family and I vacation on Folly Beach every summer. This house was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The check in / check out process was efficient and organized, the kitchen was well equipped, the house was very clean and there were very thoughtful touches throughout the house. The AC worked well as did the grill. There isn’t anything negative we can say about this house. We will definitely stay at Namastay again!

Home was in great condition and had pretty much everything we needed. Beautiful sunrises each morning, weather and water temp were perfect, sand toys for the kids. Only minor suggestions would be to add wardrobes to be able to hang clothes up and add beach chairs and beach umbrella. Other than that, was pretty much a perfect stay. Versatile spaces and great location

A lovely property offering flexibility for our three generation gathering. Three areas for games, tv, reading, conversation, as well as tables both inside and outside on the screened porch.. We loved Namastay! The location is great (We love walking to the lighthouse!); the house was very clean, and there were no maintenance issues that we had to resolve. We loved the well-equipped kitchen; the generous provision of linens was great (the most we have ever had at a rental house); the beach towels were a definite plus. Perfect Bliss

I cannot express how perfect my weekend at Namastay was. From the moment I stepped into this beach house, my worries and stress just melted away. The house is filled with natural sunlight and the the home exudes warmth. The best part for me are the views of the beach. The location right on the beach with its own private walkway is just amazing. I walked up and down the beach for both sunrise and sunset. I fell asleep and awoke to the sound of the ocean waves. The location alone is amazing, but Namastay goes above and beyond with the amenities and thoughtful touches. From the robes to complementary toiletries Namastay made certain my weekend was there best possible experience. Thank you! MyOceanRental: Thank you for your glowing review! Perfect Beach Getaway - Summer or Winter!

I have stayed at Namastay multiple times because it is quite simply, "perfect". It doesn't matter if it is summer, winter or fall. Namastay and Folly Beach do not disappoint. As soon as I step onto the deck overlooking the ocean, my worries and stress melt away. It may be my favorite spot to while away the hours. Catching an amazing sunrise (incredible pinks and oranges) or seeing dolphins swim by makes it even more spectacular. On this last trip I kept my bedroom door open and was lulled to sleep by the waves. A luxury I wish I had in my day to day life! Namastay has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable (I loved the robe and that there were enough towels for everyone.) The Perfect Vacation

We spent two weeks in June/July at Namastay and could not have asked for a better vacation. The beachfront location is unbeatable and the house is so comfortable, beautiful, and well-appointed. The house isn't as large as others you'll find along the beach, but it was absolutely perfect for my husband and me, plus my mom and a friend. We prefer the quiet east end of the island, and it felt like we had our own private beach. We spent most of our time either on the beach or on the stunning screened porch, listening to the ocean and watching the surfers, pelicans, and even dolphins. We also enjoyed being within easy walking distance of the nature preserve across from the historic lighthouse. The bedrooms were thoughtfully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms - Jack and Jill style - were lovely, both with giant showers. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and the large, airy front room was perfect for a couple of movie nights with a huge sectional. In general, the decor was stylish but also casual and cozy. If you are looking for a gorgeous, peaceful location and a lovely home, you can't beat Namastay. A Perfect Beach Cottage

My family and I had a wonderful visit to Namastay on Folly Beach this year It was a joy having a change of scenery, staying in a beautiful beach front home, walking on the beach, and dining at local restaurants with outdoor seating. Namastay was the perfect home for our family. It is comfortable, well equipped (Nespresso machine! Instant Pot!), and has the largest couch that I have ever seen! We really appreciated all the extra touches at Namastay, such as bathrobes, a bottle of sparkling wine, and stickers and masks with the house logo and name. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and lounging areas, both indoors and outdoors. We love the blue hammocks hanging under the house and the large two person chairs on the front deck. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. There is also a natural gas grill on the beach deck. Although there are lots of great dining options on Folly, we had fun shopping at Bert's Market and cooking at Namastay, too. I cannot say enough about the joys of staying in a home that is right on the beach. The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach made us all happy! The expectation was high for our stay at Namastsy especially after seeing the photos and reading the description of the place and amenities. The reality, however, was quite disappointing. While the location and Folly beach itself were fantastic there were several problems that impacted our stay. Our main issues were with maintenance issues and the lack of timeliness in having them addressed. We rented this place for our annual two week family beach vacation. The entire first week without a working dryer. MOR sent a maintenance man out to check it and he was unable to fix the problem-water in the dryer and in the front control panel. The owner a day later contacted their own appliance repair man and two days later he arrived and was able to fix as he told us he’s repaired it several times in the last few years. It’s a known issue and told us the owner is aware -due to the location of the washer/dryer in a tight space and told us we needed to run the dryer daily in order to keep it from happening. We were told there was laundry service available but the owner was only offering to pay for one load. One. A house full of people including a toddler and a 10 mo old Wed the first week we also let MOR maintenance know that the only light in the kitchen was out. The following week on Tuesday he came back with lightbulbs that did not fit. Said the owner would order new ones.When we left on Saturday the light was still out.We washed dishes in the evening using a headlamp.a large picture
