  • Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 5-bedroom house in Charlevoix. This terrific property boasts 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bathrooms featuring showers, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. The living room offers 2 sofa beds and 1 twin bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Twin blowup mattress also available. Experience the magic of Charlevoix at our house. Situated in the perfect location with just a 5-7 minute walk into town and 10-12 minute walk to the beach this home is perfect for your family trip. We are pet friendly with no additional pet fees, your pets are your family in our home. Wagon and portable cooler with foldable beach chairs and fire pit all included in your stay. Both staircases have baby gates on them.

We had a wonderful long weekend here! Parking on the street was so easy, even with events happening downtown over the weekend. Whenever I asked a question, I got a response back within 30 minutes. This cottage was a great find!

It was a wonderful place for the 17 of us. I enjoyed the kitchen and how we were able to sit around the table not all of us. We took our German Shepherd and having a fenced in back yard was fantastic. Location was fantastic a few blocks from down town a few blocks from the beach a 5 minute drive to the dog park.

This property served our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our adult kids and their families. We walked to just about everything we wanted to...food, shops, ice cream, ect. This property is definitely pet friendly with a dog bed, food and water dishes already there.

Our stay at this property was genuinely enjoyable. The home itself was comfortable and perfectly adequate for a relaxing visit, but the true standout was the location. Being so close to downtown Charlevoix made everything incredibly convenient, from restaurants to shops to the waterfront. Easy access to the beach was a major bonus and added so much to our trip.One of the biggest highlights was how close the property was to Castle Farms. My daughter chose that venue for her wedding, and staying just minutes away made the entire experience smooth and stress free. It was wonderful to have a place where family could gather, get ready, and enjoy the weekend without worrying about long drives or complicated logistics.Overall, this property offered exactly what we needed: comfort, convenience, and unbeatable proximity to everything that mattered during our stay. I would happily book again.

No culinary tools- i.e.Cooking utensils-mixing/tossing bowl's- pots etc.No grillGreat location-walked everywhere No mattress covers on any of the mattresses-gross, you can’t launder a mattress!Upon arrival:1.Cleanliness of bed linens on a couple beds was questionable (did laundry while vacationing)2.Full outdoor garbage bin (maybe should have multiple bins)3. Allowed us to park 2 trucks w/trailers in backyard 4. Way too many glade plug-ins in outlets- total of 11 5. Upstairs smells like a smoker lived up there for years
