« Drove 2 hours to Hotel and was informed by staff there that Expedia's computers were not communicating properly with theirs. They could not honor reservation confirmation, and charged me for the stay, I had to go to a different hotel. Now Expedia states it will take 10 days to get the charge reversed. Residence Inn staff simply just sent me on my way. Not even helpful to call around yet they gave a confirmation and everything. »

« I had an issue with this hotel in the past where we asked for a late check-out to which we were granted, but the manager took it upon himself to then enter our room when I walked a load out... just as my wife was getting out of the shower. It was a whole big ordeal where I almost got the police involved and after this stay, I almost wish I had. It's been a few years since we've been to this location and it's under new management but I'll be damned if the same thing didn't happen this morning!...

« Really good time .... even if there is a bike race, the service was great .... »

« The room was great and the pool and gym were very clean. I will say the bed needs to be replaced, it was saggy and broken down which is why only 4 stars. Otherwise it was a very relaxing stay. »

« The only thing missing was a coffee pot in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay , clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi was a complete bonus. »

« If I could give the front desk a "0" star they wouldn't deserve that. At check in the desk clerk was super Unfriendly and not helpful. When we get to my room we discovered there was only one towel thus causing us to call the front desk to request more towels only to be told that 'I would have to come down to get them". We wanted to clean up before going to dinner. I asked for a manager in regards to that and other issues only to be told no management person would be available until the next day...

« Parking easy, convenient. Breakfast good, fresh lots of choices. Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Convenient to highway and to town. Bathroom door did not latch. »
