My wife and I stayed here for two nights for a little getaway weekend in Charlottesville. There is a lot of potential for this place, but it will take a little more effort from management. For example, both air conditioners leaked in our room, likely as a result of dirty filters. The first unit was fixed after we reported the issue, the second one started to leak during our second night. Fortunately, our belongings were fine so it wasnât a big deal. The situation could have been worse though.
The cafe is pretty good. Nice selection of creative foods. Easy walk to the attractions in Charlottesville.
The pool was nice, but the sauna didnât work. Just another small example of the missed potential here.
There were no fridges in the rooms, although I knew this going in. This would seem to be another simple upgrade that would really improve the experience.
Overall, though, the place was nice and I would stay there again.
