This property was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were very clean as was the lobby the restaurant in the health club. Our rate included breakfast which was sufficient. Everyone was super nice from the check into the check out staff and housekeeping. There are restaurants across a fairly busy street but still accessible.

A very noisy location. Trucks, cars, high traffic. Could sleep at all. The hotel is fairly new and pleasant but they should have invested in soundproofing.

This hotel was convenient for my downtown Charlottesville work meetings. While not brand-spanking-new, it had an up-to-date feel, a little bit of style -- not dated like so many other chain hotels in this price range. (My problem: I want to pay this price but get top-stylish room, haha.) Desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was fine, internet was smooth and free...and they get extra points in my book for supplying dark roast K-cups for the in-room Keurig machine. Only downside was charm-less view (highway ramp) but oh well...
