I booked a room on Hotels.com for this motel. I paid for one nights accomodation with my credit card and received a CONFIRMED RESERVATION. Upon checking in, the property advised me that there are no rooms available so I had to stay somewhere else. After contacting Hotels.com they say "we are trying to get in touch with the property but have no reply", then, next thing is that a refund cannot be given as it was a room which there are no changes or refunds allowed. I want my refund as it is purely a mistake between Hotels.com and the motel. A week has gone by now with no resolution, I don't recommend this property.
