« The heated underground parking was wonderful in the cold weather. We used the kitchen in our room for several meals. Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is street construction around the building, but unloading and loading are still easy. The shuttle was very convenient, although it doesn't run on Saturday or Sunday. »

« The Hampton Inn was easy to locate, check in process was quick and efficient, rooms and motel overall was clean, beds were comfy and rooms had everything one would need! »

« LOVE this hotel. We stay every time we go to Mayo. It is out dated but SUPER CLEAN, a place you can tell employees take pride in. We always recognize staff even through the years. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Great breakfast as well. One huge perk too is it has access in the hotel to the subway system. Thanks Brentwood for another awesome stay, you never disappoint. »

« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« Although the room was a little smaller than I had expected, it was ver clean and comfortable. The hotel serves a full hot breakfast and has a soup hour M-Th which was very nice. Pool is open 24 hours.. Location was close to everything »

« The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were kind enough to allow us check in early. We enjoyed the coffee and tea in the lobby. I appreciated that it wasn’t in the congested part of the city, but was a short drive to all of the things we needed. »

« The rooms are new modern and great cause they have a kitchen. The pool and bathtub are super nice. Walking distance to saint mary’s. Overall highly recommended hotel to stay if you are doing anything at Mayo. »
