Very nice house with a beautiful view over the lake. The property is conveniently located -- a short drive to Chatham center and bike trail access at Chatham airport. Everything worked well and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. When we arrived there was nothing to hold soap in the master bath shower. The property management company responded quickly when we contacted them about this. Not a huge issue, but the property manager was not able to tell us whether we needed to bring the garbage and recycling bins up to the street for pick up. We did not need all the rooms in the house. However, the basement bedroom was very musty and we probably would not have been happy if someone had to stay in that room.
