„We loved the central location. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks provided were a nice perk. If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. „This cottage was great for our family. It is located right on the river bank in a quiet area. The living room and kitchen were roomy, and the bedrooms plenty big.It was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, and paper products.The outside area was great for sitting as a group, having an evening around the fire pit, or sticking your feet in the river. We had paddle boarders and swimmers with us that took advantage of being riverside. Nobody brought a fishing pole, so I don’t know about fishing ...

„Everything about this stay was wonderful. Our whole family was able to be together under one roof and there was plenty of space for all of us. Au Train beach was fun, only a short walk. „Photos don't do justice to how cool this place is. Perfect spot on a beautiful little lake, with kayaks waiting to explore. Check-in was easy, just keep driving past the dead-end sign! Amie was extremely communicative and helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and there was plenty of room for four adults and two young kids. Beautiful drive through the forest to get to Munising for groceries, restaurants etc. Highly recommend staying here!“

„We had a terrific stay at Anna’s Place. It was clean and comfy. Would totally stay there again. The city was repairing the road so the trip into Munising was blocked which made the drive into town 8-9 minutes longer. There is a small stream next to the house and across the road a place to take a short walk to Lake Superior. Some in our group walked there to bird watch and star gaze at night.“

„Check-in was smooth and accurate according to instructions. The photos of the property are spot on. It was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The view and tranquility of the property are perfect. It's a very remote location, and the quiet makes this property a true getaway. We used the charcoal grill, kayaks, and the fire pit. We visited Pictured Rocks and Marquette during our stay. Both locations are a bit of a drive from the property, but the remote quiet was what we were searching for, ...

„This place was great! We were up in that area for a long weekend to check out Waterfalls. It was 15 min drive to Pictured Rocks. Was in a private area and was very well kept up. The mosquitos were intense when we first got there guessing because l you are right off of the au train river. However, we had brought thermacells so we were able to enjoy the hot tub and the deck area. Highly recommend. “

„This was our first trip to the UP and with 3 kids and a large dog, we don’t travel light. I was a little worried not having a big discount store nearby but all that stress melted away when we arrived and all the little things were already waiting for us- from soap to dog dishes to marshmallows to extra TP, the house was fully stocked.
