Together, the homes provide 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 open-concept living rooms, multiple dining and gathering areas, and sleeping accommodations for up to 20 guests.

Guest Access:

Your group has private access to both residences and all guest areas within them. Unit 201 is upstairs to the right at the top of the stairs, and Unit 203 is upstairs to the left. Each home has its own private entrance and secure door code. Both units, including all 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and designated outdoor spaces, are included in this reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Murals on Market is in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside District, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, live music, nightlife, boutiques, and local art are all nearby. Walk to the Chattanooga Choo Choo, Station Street, The Signal, Southside Social, Finley Stadium, UTC, and Warehouse Row. Downtown attractions—including the Tennessee Aquarium, Walnut Street Bridge, Bluff View Art District, and Tennessee Riverwalk—are only minutes away. Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline Railway are approximately a 15-minute drive.



Getting Around:

The Southside is one of Chattanooga’s easiest neighborhoods to explore on foot. The Chattanooga Choo Choo, The Signal, Station Street, Southside Social, Finley Stadium, restaurants, cafés, breweries, and boutiques are all within a short walk. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike or scooter rentals are often available downtown. Easy access to I-24 and US-27 makes driving to the Tennessee Aquarium, Coolidge Park, Lookout Mountain, Rock City, Ruby Falls, and other attractions convenient. Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is approximately 15 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

Both residences are upstairs and require stair access. Guest parking is located one block away at 1366 Cowart Street in the Republic Parking lot. Guests must register their license plate using the link provided in the check-in instructions and renew the validation every 24 hours for complimentary parking. Please review the arrival instructions before check-in.



This property is used exclusively as a professionally managed short-term rental. No one resides in either home full-time.
